The Specialised Services Office (OAE) is located in a specific space within the FCBarcelona Supporter Services Office (OAB). The OAE will personally attend all queries and proposals of those Club members who have disabilities and / or impaired mobility, such as the elderly. The OAE will attend all requests and will provide a personalized service for any kind of procedure.
The goal of the department is to facilitate access to the Club to all members and supporters, and to optimize and implement the communications between the Club and this collective of members and users, in order to achieve a comprehensive service and ensure equal rights and benefits for all FCBarcelona members also in the services provided to them.
· Monday to Friday: from 9am until 8pm
· Midweek home match days: from 9am until kick off
· Weekend home match days: from 10am until kick off
· Bank Holiday match days: from 10am until kick off
Via the Specialised Services Office, FC Barcelona makes itself more accessible to members and fans and all those people with hearing difficulties.
Thanks to the OAE, FC Barcelona increases accessibility options for the club members and supporters, and for people with hearing impairment. Sign language users can now have direct access to the contents of the site, as these are translated into sign language. In order to ensure maximum accessibility for deaf and hard-of-hearing people, all the videos are also subtitled.
