The Argentinian national team to train at the Ciutat Esportiva to prepare for Russia 2018 World Cup
The team captained by the blaugrana Leo Messi to use the Club's installations from 31 May to 8 June
The Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper will host the Argentinian national football team coached by Jorge Sampaoli as they prepare for the Russia 2018 World Cup. They will use the facilities from 31 May to 8 June.
As the AFA website made public, the Argentinian team will be training at 7.30pm CEST on Thursday, four and a half hours after their arrival in Barcelona. The training sessions will normally take place in the mornings, except for on Friday and Monday, when they will have a double session.
The group is captained by blaugrana Leo Messi and will include the U-20 national side as well. The later will train on pitches 2 and 4 while the main team will train on pitch 7. The final session will be on Friday 8 June in the morning prior to leaving for Israel where they will play their second friendly before the World Cup begins.
