A delegation from the PB Shanghai, led by its president Ping Wu, visited Barcelona and was welcomed by the FC Barcelona board member responsible for the Social Area, Josep Ignasi Macià, on the occasion of the penya’s purchase of a batch of 100 solidarity wristbands in support of the FC Barcelona Foundation’s Polseres Blaugranes (Blaugrana Wristbands) programme.

The meeting, which was also attended by FC Barcelona Social Area director Anna Aznar and Head of the Penyes Department Enric Bosch, took place in an atmosphere of cordiality and Barça spirit. The Blaugrana Wristbands program aims to improve the long-term hospital stays of children and teenagers admitted to hospitals, as well as others suffering from serious illnesses.

PB Shanghai follows all Barça teams, travelling both to Barcelona and to many away matches. Although the group began its activities 15 years ago, it was officially recognised in August 2024.
