The league title is ever closer. Hansi Flick's team picked up a crucial 2-0 win away at Getafe to increase their lead in La Liga to 11 points with just 15 to play for following on from Real Madrid's 1-1 draw away at Betis on Friday.
The Barça coach was happy with Saturday's victory but was keen to avoid any premature celebrations. "We'll celebrate at the end of the season if we can. Now it's time to focus on the next game. We wanted a good performance and play in our way against Getafe. I am happy with what I have seen with and without the ball. We did really well, fully focused at all times - the time did very well," said the coach in his press appearance after the game.
"We know this is a tough ground and I am happy with the three points. In the last few days I have seen some really positive energy and today we brought that out on to the field. In a tough away fixture we have shown our talent and our quality. I am very happy for my players, the club and the fans," concluded Flick.
