Barça coach Hansi Flick was more than satisfied with FC Barcelona's performance in the win over Slavia Prague in Czechia, highlighting the team's ability to come back from behind in a demanding and physical Champions League fixture.
"It wasn't easy out there today. It was really cold and Slavia are a physical team. I said before the game that it would be physical and that they have some great players and it's not easy to defend against them," explained Flick in his post game press conference.
"I am really happy with the team's reaction and in the end we deserved the three points, especially after our much better second half performance."
On individuals, Flick had this to say: "Fermín was really good and Dani Olmo came on and scored a really important goal. Lewandowski played all 90 minutes and fought all the way, fantastic to see."
Pedri limped off in the second half and the Barça coach gave an update. "I don't know exactly how he is but it's a hamstring problem. We will have to wait until tomorrow to see how he goes but it's not good news," said Flick in the press conference.
To conclude, the coach looked ahead to the final match day of the league phase in Europe. "We have seen today how tough the Champions League is. The most important thing is to win and next Wednesday all will be decided - we have to get three points and then see what happens."
