A delegation from the Penya Blaugrana Shanghai, led by its president, Ping Wu, has visited the Barça Foundation to learn first-hand about the projects carried out there. As a clear demonstration of social commitment and solidarity, the supporters’ club has contributed by purchasing 100 wristbands in support of the Pulseras Blaugranas programme, which seeks to improve the long-term hospital stays of children and adolescents admitted to hospitals, as well as others living with serious illnesses.

The general director of the Barça Foundation, Dr Marta Segú, welcomed the PB Shanghai delegation and thanked them for their generous gesture. The meeting, also attended by the director of FC Barcelona’s Social Area, Anna Aznar, and the head of the Penyes Department, Enric Bosch, took place in a warm and distinctly Barça-spirited atmosphere.

Although the PB Shanghai began its activities more than 15 years ago, it was officially recognised in August 2024. It currently has 2.500 members and follows all Barça teams, travelling regularly to Barcelona and to many away fixtures, including the most recent Spanish Super Cup in Saudi Arabia.
