FC Barcelona will be staying in Jeddah until Sunday, for after the handsome 5-0 defeat of Athletic Club they are safely through to yet another Spanish Super Cup Final.
But there is work to be done between now and then, and this Thursday they divided into two groups. The eleven players that started the game the night before stayed in the hotel to do warm-down exercises, while the substitutes and players that didn't get on were taken to a pitch forming part of King Abdulaziz Sports City to train in preparation for Sunday's final, if called upon.
Goalkeeper Diego Kochen, who joined the group on Wednesday, was part of the latter group.
Later in the day, the players are sure to watching keenly as Real Madrid and Atlético Madrid play at 8pm CET (10pm local time). It's the winner of that game that they'll be playing in the final.
