Preparations for the Spanish Super Cup semi-finals are well under way for FC Barcelona in Yeddah. Hansi Flick's squad had their final training session ahead of the game against Athletic Club on one of the pitches at the King Abdullah Sports City today.

The first 15 minutes of the session were open to the media. Every available blaugrana went through the final preparations, while Lamine Yamal completed a specific session.

The session took place in a completely different atmosphere to recent days in Barcelona, as the temperature was 27 degrees during training, a big difference to the cold in Catalonia.

    After the training session, the Club announced that goalkeeper Marc ter Stegen has had to leave Saudi Arabia to return to Barcelona for medical tests. Diego Kochen, the Barça Atlètic goalkeeper, will join the squad on Wednesday.
