New milestone for Barça under Hansi Flick as in the match between FC Barcelona and Betis in week 15 of La Liga, the blaugranes reached 36 consecutive games scoring in the domestic competition. A streak that ranks as the third best in the Club's history, tied with the run achieved between 1942 and 1944 under coach Juan José Nogués.

It’s worth remembering that this scoring streak began almost a year ago: on December 21, 2024. That night, at the Estadi Olímpic, Hansi Flick's team lost 2-1 to Atlético Madrid but began a run that still continues to this day.

A year later, a happy ending against Atlético

In last Tuesday's clash at the Spotify Camp Nou between Barça and Atlético, the blaugranes kept the streak alive by taking all three points with a 3-1 win, equalling the fourth best ever run in the process.

99 goals

The goals during this period, besides being widely distributed, have been plentiful. Hansi Flick’s team has scored a total of 99 in the 36 matches, an average of almost three per game. Statistics that become even more impressive considering that FC Barcelona were crowned champions of La Liga 2024/25 and currently sit at the top of the table.

The next stop, very close

The ambition of this team knows no limits and, in fact, they are within touching distance of the second-best streak in the Club's history. Specifically, just one match away, as that record was 37 consecutive games between February 2018 and February 2019 under Ernesto Valverde. Against Osasuna match next Saturday, the Club could celebrate yet another milestone.
