The Auditori 1899 is ready to host, this Sunday, October 19, the FC Barcelona Ordinary General Assembly of Delegate Members (10.00am CEST first call and 10.30am CEST second call). A total of 4,641 delegate members have been called up to deliberate in what is the Club’s highest governing body. For the sixth time, it will be held remotely, a system that has proven to increase participation (by up to 10 percentage points) and aligns with the Club’s economic sustainability policies promoted in recent seasons.

The FC Barcelona Assembly is made up of delegate members (a 2.5% representation of the membership census, chosen by a draw every two years), Senators (members with membership numbers between 1 and 1,000), current Board members, members of statutory committees, former Club presidents, and presidents of regional supporters’ federations who have been members for more than five years.

The Club make a live broadcast the event available to all culers through its official YouTube channel, which has over 24.3 million subscriber, a record among sports organization, to ensure that culers around the world can follow the Assembly’s deliberations live. It will also be available on the Club's official website and through the Club’s official app.

Order of the day for the 2025 FC Barcelona Ordinary General Assembly: 

  1. President's Report.
  2. Report and, if applicable, approval of the settlement of the financial year corresponding to the 2024/2025 season for FC Barcelona and its consolidated group.
  3. Report and, if applicable, approval of the budget for the financial year corresponding to the 2025/2026 season.
  4. Ratification of Mr Francesc Pujol i Sabaté as a new member of the Board of Directors.
  5. Ratification of Mr Josep Solé i Molina as a member of the Economic Commission.
  6. Ratification of the contracts with NOVADIAL CORPORATE and MIDEA.
  7. Report by the Members’ Ombudsman.
  8. Espai Barça: current situation and forthcoming stages.
  9. Proposals from members, in accordance with the provisions of Article 20.11 of the Statutes.
  10. Open floor for Q&A
