FC Barcelona's Ordinary General Assembly, to be held on Sunday 19 October, can be followed live and free of charge on the club’s digital channels, which will provide full coverage of the deliberations of the institution’s highest governing body. From the first call at 10:00am CEST, the club will offer all its members, as well as Barça fans around the world, comprehensive coverage of the day on its official YouTube channel — which has more than 24.3 million subscribers — and the official FC Barcelona website and app.

Once again, the club’s audiovisual channels will serve as the platform for this major annual meeting between the institution and its delegate members, an event that reflects one of the hallmarks of being “More than a Club.” The 2025 Assembly will be broadcast in Catalan, Spanish and English, while the Catalan version will also include sign language interpretation and subtitles, reaffirming the club’s commitment to diversity and inclusion across all audiences.

The Assembly Board will be convened in the Auditori 1899, and proceedings will follow the agenda below:

  1. President's Report.
  2. Report and, if applicable, approval of the settlement of the financial year corresponding to the 2024/2025 season for FC Barcelona and its consolidated group.
  3. Report and, if applicable, approval of the budget for the financial year corresponding to the 2025/2026 season.
  4. Ratification of Mr Francesc Pujol i Sabaté as a new member of the Board of Directors.
  5. Ratification of Mr Josep Solé i Molina as a member of the Economic Commission.
  6. Ratification of the contracts with NOVADIAL CORPORATE and MIDEA.
  7. Report by the Members’ Ombudsman.
  8. Espai Barça: current situation and forthcoming stages.
  9. Proposals from members, in accordance with the provisions of Article 20.11 of the Statutes.
  10. Open floor for Q&A.
