FC Barcelona midfielder Frenkie de Jong was the name on everyone's lips at the Ciutat Esportiva on Monday as the Dutch international trained with his team mates for part of the session. 

 

Fellow midfielder Gavi also took part in a portion of the workout at the Tito Vilanova pitch at the Ciutat Esportiva. 

Following Sunday's excellent win over Girona, the session was one of recovery for the players involved. Preparations now being in earnest for Thursday's opening Champions League fixture of the season away at AS Monaco.
