Supporters' clubs flock to the UWCL final

The official FC Barcelona supporters' clubs will be there en masse in Eindhoven and at gatherings worldwide to cheer on the team

This Saturday at 4pm CEST will see the Barça Women's team play their fourth UEFA Women’s Champions League final and supporters' clubs will be cheering them on both in Eindhoven and around the world.

According to UEFA, more than 8,000 culers have travelled to Eindhoven, with a lot of those from official supporters' clubs. They are expected to make the trip from all corners of Catalonia (coach trips have been organised from the River Ebre region and Barcelona), from Polond (led by Fan Club Barça Polska), from Germany (such as PB Stuttgart or PB Berlín) or from Belgum (such as PB Liege, PB Eastbelgium Eupen or PB Casal Català de Brusselles), among many others.

The supporters' clubs have also organised gatherings to watch the game around the world - from big screens like at Mollet, Jove from Cerdanyola del Vallès, la PB Plana de Vic or PB Baix Camp (Reus, Tarragona) to gatherings across Catalonia and the rest of Spain to watch the game like at L’Escala (Girona), El Palau d’Anglesola (Lleida), Sueca (Valencia) or Almansa (Albacete). The supporters' clubs will also gather and cheer on the Women's team elsewhere around the world, such as in London, and even in Austin and Washington in the USA. Specifically, the Washington “Watch Party” is organised by the government's delegation in the USA and Canada, inviting fans to come to the Elephant & Castle Pub in the city at 10am local time.

Gathering in Eindhoven for supporters' clubs, members, and fans

Culers travelling to Eindhoven can make the most of a meet organised for 1.00pm CEST at Septemberplein Markt square. The Almogàvers supporter's club in conjunction with the supporters' club group, “Tot pel Femení”, comprised of the Pep Ventura, Teixonera, Nova Lloreda, Districte XXVII La Sagrera, Collblanc-Torrassa and Santa Coloma de Gramanet supporters' clubs, have prepared a gathering for fans in this centrally located square in the Dutch city. It is hope that many Barça fans will meet there before heading up there to enjoy the grand final.

Furthermore, on Friday at around 6-7pm, fans are recommended to keep a close eye on the Barça Women's Instagrama account as there will be a so-called “Find the Host” on stories, a challenge to find the host in the city streets. A landmark location in the city will be chosen and culers that find the host will be able to play a traditional game of wearing Dutch clogs while kicking a ball around.
