On Friday La Liga announced the kick off times for the eighth round of fixtures in the 2022/23 campaign. FC Barcelona will host Celta Vigo on Sunday 9 October at 9pm CEST at Spotify Camp Nou. 

Xavi Hernández's Barça side have started the league season in great form and will be looking to maintain their winning run against a Celta side coached by Eduardo Coudet and led on the field by talismanic striker Iago Aspas. 

Last season the blaugranes ran out 3-1 winners in the same fixture thanks to a brace from Aubameyang and a goal from Memphis. At Balaídos in Vigo it was different story as Xavi's team let slip a 3-0 lead to draw 3-3 in Galicia.
