Guidelines for spectators at FC Barcelona v Manchester City charity match

Club offers series of tips to fans coming to the game to help avoid overcrowding and queues

FC Barcelona takes on Pep Guardiola's Manchester City this Wednesday night, starting at 9.30 pm local time, in a charity match promoted by former goalkeeper Juan Carlos Unzué. The aim is to fill the Spotify Camp Nou and raise as much money as possible for the battle against ALS.

There are very few seats left for sale and, if the forecasts are confirmed, there should be a huge crowd in the stadium. In order to avoid complications in accessing the ground and reaching seats, the club informs spectators of a series of guidelines with to streamline entry to the Camp Nou.

Arrive early and use public transport

Fans are advised to arrive at the stadium in good time to avoid queues and to be able to get to their assigned seat in a calm and uncrowded manner. The gates to the Spotify Camp Nou will open at 8pm, an hour and a half before the start of the match, and from this moment fans will be able to sit in their seats.

Fans are also recommended, whenever possible, to opt for the use of public transport to get to the stadium and are reminded that the closest metro lines are 9, 3 and 5, which have stops at Collblanc, Badal, Zona Universitària, Palau Reial, Maria Cristina and Les Corts.

If coming by car, please do not park private vehicles in front of the Camp Nou entrances, even to offload passengers.

It is also important to enter the stadium through the access, gate and entrance stated on each ticket. And also, in order to facilitate the process, have your ticket ready at the two different control points: one for entering the ground and another for entering the stadium building itself.

Also remember that once inside, fans must take their seat as shown on the ticket and watch from there. They must remain seated at all times - there is to be no standing.
