Eibar 0-3 Barça Women: Yet another win!

In the first of five games in 15 days, Barça Women, despite dominating possession throughout against Eibar, weren't able to translate that dominance into more goals.

Eibar were focused on defending and containing attacks from the visitors, and only moving forward on the counterattack every so often, more so in the second half.

Sandra Paños in the Barça goal was rarely troubled, thanks to great work from Mapi León and Pereira, defenders who helped to ensure Barça's 14th clean sheet in 17 matches in the league.

Melanie opened the scoring on 25 after some superb attacking play from Patri, Aitana and Jennifer Hermoso, and it would only take until the 66th minute for the visitors to add another thanks to Eibar's sub goalkeeper, Malena, being in inspired form.

With four minutes left to play, Jennifer Hermoso added a deserved third to increase this incredible winning run.

Next up, on Wednesday, March 3 (4:45pm CET), Barça will play the first leg of the round of 16 of the Champions League against Fortuna Hjørring.
