International matches are back next month with the first rounds of qualifying fixtures in South America for the 2022 World Cup. Below we take a look at the Barça players who have been called up for international duty: 

Brazil

Philippe Coutinho has been selected by the Brazilian national team for the game against Bolivia (8 October) and Peru (13 October). 

Argentina

Leo Messi is in the Argentina squad for the game against Ecuador (8 October) and Bolivia (13 October).

Uruguay

In the Uruguayan squad we find two Barça players; striker Luis Suárez and central defender Ronald Araujo for the games against Chile (8 October) and Ecuador (13 October).
