Dates and times of LaLiga fixtures in weeks 30 and 31 have been confirmed

Barça will play Sevilla away on Friday, June 19, at 10.00pm CEST., and against Athletic at the Camp Nou, on June 23 at 10.00pm CEST.

Two more match days have been confirmed by LaLiga. The schedules for the Mallorca and Leganés games were made official last week, and this Sunday the dates and times for Sevilla - Barça and Barça - Athletic Club were finally confirmed.

The game against the Andalusian team at Sánchez Pizjuán is scheduled for Friday, June 19, at 10.00pm CEST, corresponding to week 30 of the season, and then the week 31 fixture against the Basque side will take place at the Camp Nou on Tuesday, June 23, also at 10.00pm CEST.

Quique Setién: 'Messi is perfectly fine'

The schedules were made public in the programme 'El Partidazo de Movistar,' minutes before a live interview with Quique Setién. The Barça coach, who is ready for the return of LaLiga, spoke about the first team, and he referred to Leo Messi, saying "he has had some minor discomfort but now he is perfectly fine and I don't think he will have any problems playing."

On Luis Suárez he added: "He is well and is in very good form. On Saturday, in the training match at the Camp Nou, he did very well."

Finally, the coach had some words on the restart of LaLiga:

  • "We want to start. We would've liked to be able to train longer with the whole group, but we are very excited to start and finish the championship."
  • "Playing without a crowd will be weird, but when you're on the field you focus on the game. It will show, but hopefully it won't affect us in the game."
  • "The first games in Germany were different and it was clear that some rhythm was missing, perhaps also due to the lack of the public. But as the days have passed I have seen that the rhythm has been very similar to before. We will see if we go through the same process or if the initial level is already good."
  • "During the time we haven't played, it's given us the opportunity to analyse situations, and to try to improve. Especially to be able to convey to the players what needs to be improved."
