After eight wins and four draws, Garcia Pimienta's team lost their first home game of the season against Villarreal (2-3). Barça B deserved more after coming back from 0-2 down, but despite the defeat, the team are still in the play-off zone.
Former Barça B player, Rafa Mujica, opened the scoring in the first minute, and once Edu Espiau made it 0-2 (min 28), the hosts had a mountain to climb. Fortunately, Kike Saverio, after a one-two with Monchu, got the blaugranes straight back into the match 1-2 (min 31), before Gerard smashed home the equaliser just two minutes later (2-2, min 33).
Unfortunately, the hosts' celebrations were cut short as Junehyuk struck to make it 2-3 on 36 minutes. In the second half, and taking advantage of the visitors' tiredness, Barça B had several chances to draw level, but neither Monchu nor Collado could get the goal which would've kept the unbeaten run going.
