BAXI Manresa 75-84 Barça: Superb victory!

BAXI Manresa certainly put up a fight against Barça, and the match was still in the balance until the last few minutes, but the intensity that had underscored the visitors' entire match is what saw them over the line.

Barça started brilliantly but Manresa never gave up. Even when Svetislav Pesic's side looked like they would pull away, the hosts pegged them back again. By half-time, the difference was just four points (37-41).

In the second half, Manresa tied the match (48-48), and thereafter the match remained very equal at all times. The last 10 minutes began with the hosts ahead, but after Pesic's time out, Barça were physically superior in the final minutes and thanks to the success of Mirotic, Tomic and Pau Ribas at the basket, they were able to decisively pull away to win 75-84.
