Marc-André ter Stegen's impressive Champions League continues

The German keeper is in fine form at the moment and is one of the outstanding keepers on show in this season's Champions League

Marc-André ter Stegen is in fine form this season and against Slavia Prague he became the first Barça player to rack up more than 1,000 minutes of playing time this season. The German has played 1,080 minutes in total having started all 12 league games and all three Champions League games for the blaugranes so far this season.

14 saves from 16 shots

In the Champions League Ter Stegen is a key figure in FC Barcelona rise to the top of Group F. The German has saved 14 of 16 shots, an 87.5% success rate which leaves him fourth in this category and just behind Galatasaray's Muslera and Lokomotiv Moscow's Guilherme in terms of number of saves.

In three matches in the competition Ter Stegen has conceded just twice, once against Inter and once against Slavia. The German international kept a clean sheet away from home against Borussia Dortmund, saving a Marco Reus penalty in the process.

With his feet the Barça keeper has been successful with 61 of 73 passes, completing 83.5% of his attempts. A great start to the competition for the German and for Barça who top their group at half way stage.
