Jordi Alba made his 200th league appearance for Barça this Saturday at El Sadar, in the match against Osasuna. The left-back, formed in the Barça youth categories and a first team regular since the 2012/13 season, continues to make history.
This is Jordi Alba's eighth season at Barça. In that time he's played 303 matches, distributed as follows: 200 in the league, 58 in the Champions League, 35 in the cup, eight in the Spanish Super Cup and two in the Club World Cup.
He's scored a total of 16 goals with the first team, nine of which have been in the league. The last one came last week, in the win against Betis at the Camp Nou.
Prior to the joining Barça, Jordi Alba was a Valencia player for three consecutive seasons. From 2009/10 to 2011/12, he played a total of 74 league matches, with a balance of 41 wins and 12 draws, in which he scored five goals and gave five assists.
