The Barça futsal team got back to winning ways at home with a 4-1 win against Valdepeñas in a contest in which the blaugranes had to come from behind in the Palau Blaugrana. Goals from Eric Martel, Luciano Gauna, Matheus and an own goal from Boyis recorded a sixth win of the season.

Blaugrana reaction

Barça did not get off to the best start when Gustavão gave the visitors the lead after just four minutes. Nevertheless, the blaugranes were not phased and dominated the game until Erick levelled things up after 11 minutes.

Just a few minutes later Luciano Gauna put the blaugranes ahead and then after a great team move Matheus made it 3-1 on 15 minutes.

With a two goal lead going into the second half Barça maintained the momentum of the first period, forcing Valdepeñas' keeper Vanderson into a series of excellent saves. On 24 minutes a shot from Matheus was diverted past his own keeper by Boyis to make the final score 4-1 to the blaugranes.
