FC Barcelona 4-3 Illes Balears Palma Futsal: Still alive

The Barça futsal team remain alive in the league play off thanks to a 4-3 victory in the Palau Blaugrana over Palma Futsal. The semi-final tie will now be decided in a third and final game in Son Moix in Mallorca with a place in the final at stake.
Barça strike first
Tino Pérez's side knew it was do or die in the Palau after defeat in game one in Mallorca in the semi-final best of three tie. The blaugranes survived an early score when Gordillo hit the crossbar for Palma to take the lead in the 7th minute - Pito finding the net. The start got even better four minutes later when Antonio made it 2-0 after good work by Adolfo.
Nevertheless, Palma remained confident and on 14 minutes Machado pulled one back for the visitors. Just before the break the scores were level with Fabinho making it 2-2.

In the second half Barça rallied from the setback and Pito conjured up a chance for Touré to make it 3-2 on 25 minutes. Seconds later Pito himself scored from a difficult angle to give the blaugranes a 4-2 lead with quarter of an hour remaining.
Palma pulled one back through Fabinho on 26 minutes but the blaugrana defence remained resolute to take a 4-3 win which means the tie will be decided on Friday in Mallorca, kick off 9pm CEST for game three.
