Seven debuts at Spotify Camp Nou on a special night for Barça Women

Barça Women celebrated their return to Spotify Camp Nou with an emphatic 6-0 win over Real Madrid in the second leg of their Champions League quarter final. Furthermore, the game was attended by 60,067 fans, a record since the reopening of the stadium.
In the game that saw the blaugranes through to the semi-finals for the eighth time in a row, as many as seven players made their debuts for the team at Spotify Camp Nou.
Cata Coll, Ona Batlle, Aïcha Camara, Esmee Brugts, Sydney Schertenleib, Clara Serrajordi and Kika Nazareth all played at Spotify Camp Nou for the first time. Coach Pere Romeu also experienced the stadium for the first time, whilst Ewa Pajor made her first appearance as a blaugrana, having featured in a game agianst Barça for Woflsburg in the famous stadium back in 2022. The Polish striker marked the occasion by scoring the fourth goal in the 34th minute of the encounter.
Performances
Goalkeeper Cata Coll along with Ona Batlle and Esmee Brugts played all 90 minutes of the encounter with Brugts scoring the sixth and final goal in the 74th minute.
Kika Nazareth came on in the 58th minute with Aicha Camara appearing in the 73rd part of double substitution with Clara Serrajordi also coming on at the same time.
Sydney Schertenleib appeared in the 82nd minute to replace an Alexia Putelles who received a great ovation from the crowd for her 500th appearance in a Barça shirt.
