Barça Women reach 600 goals at Estadi Johan Cruyff
It has taken 2,321 days and 121 games for FC Barcelona Women to reach 600 goals scored at the Estadi Johan Cruyff since the inauguration for the 2019/20 season. The stadium has provided a home for almost all their matches, albeit they have also played at the Spotify Camp Nou and on Montjuïc. The blaugranes reached the milestone on 14 January in the Liga F matchday 17 fixture against Atlético de Madrid during a 5-0 win, with Alexia Putellas scoring goal number 600 and the total now standing at 604 goals scored.
A promising start
We have to go back to 7 September 2019 for the first game the blaugranes played at the Estadi Johan Cruyff. That day saw the side coached by Lluis Cortés dismantle Tacon 9-1, with goals by Alexia Putellas, Aitana Bonmatí (2), Mariona Caldentey, Graham Hansen, Jenni Hermoso (3), plus an own goal. Undoubtedly a great start at their new home.

The blaugranes have played 120 matches at the Estadi Johan Cruyff since and have accumulated 600 goals across all competitions after the win against the team from Madrid. The breakdown is 485 goals in the Liga F, 95 in the UEFA Women’s Champions League and 20 in the Copa de la Reina.
Alexia the top scorer
When it comes to the goalscorers at the stadium, Alexia Putellas leads the way with 59, with the rest of the top 10 comprised of Jenni Hermoso (51), Graham Hansen (48), Oshoala (45), Claudia Pina (45), Aitana Bonmatí (43), Mariona Caldentey (32), Ewa Pajor (32), Salma Paralluelo (30) and Lieke Martens (25).
So, another milestone reached at the Estadi Johan Cruyff for the women's first team, who have only lost once there in over six years. Year on year the blaugrana home proves virtually impregnable and that trend looks set to continue.
