Gemma Font and Barça have reached an agreement to extend the goalkeeper's contract for two more seasons, until 30 June 2027.

Font, 25, has completed her sixth season with the first team, and in the 2024/25 campaign she played a total of 8 matches: 7 in the league and one in the Catalan Cup, conceding only two goals, once again proving her reliability between the posts. She was the second most-used goalkeeper behind Cata Coll.

Her list of honours is impressive: a total of 21 titles, including 3 Champions Leagues, 6 leagues, 4 Copa de la Reina trophies, 5 Spanish Super Cups, and 2 Catalan Cups.

Font made her Barça debut in the 2018/19 season in the Catalan Cup.
