Last tickets go on sale for UWCL semi-final against Wolfsburg at Camp Nou

On Wednesday 20 April from 11.00am CEST, the last 6,000 tickets are available via the club website for between 19 and 37 euros

This Wednesday 20 April from 11.00am CEST, FC Barcelona is putting on sale the last 6,000 tickets for the UEFA Women’s Champions League semi-final against Wolfsburg on Friday 22 April at 6.45pm CEST. All other tickets sold out last April 4, but these new ones have been released from the quota that was originally reserved for UEFA.

These tickets cost between 19 and 37 euros and can be purchased via the official club website.

The game is a not-to-be-missed opportunity to cheer the team as they face the final hurdle before a potential return to the UWCL Final, this year to be played in Turin on Saturday 21 May, where a French opponent awaits, either Olympique Lyon or París Sant-Germain, who meet in the other semi.

Barça, defending their maiden title won last season, beat Real Madrid 8-3 on aggregate in the quarter finals, with the return leg on March 30 setting a new world record attendance for a women’s football match of 91,553.

Amazing response

The tickets for the game against the German side went on sale to members on April 3, and all 50,000 were sold by the afternoon. The day after, tickets went on sale to the general public, and once again had all been snapped up in a matter of hours.

Now that new tickets have been released from the UEFA quota, they are sure to sell just as quickly. So if you don’t have a ticket, make sure you get one today!
