Alexia's Ballon d'Or now in the Museum

The Barça Women captain, accompanied by president Joan Laporta, add the history trophy the Club's trophy cabinet

The 2021 Ballon d'Or received by Alexia Putellas last November in Paris i now on show at the FC Barcelona Museum at Camp Nou. The Barça Women captain, accompanied by president Joan Laporta and by the board member responsible for the section, Xavier Puig, handed over the prize on Thursday. 

It is the first time that a women's footballer from FC Barcelona has won the award handed out by France Football and it now takes pride of place alongside other awards such as that of Best Coach for Pep Guardiola and the Golden Shoe of Luis Suárez.
