The Camp Nou fans are, simply, the best. Before Wednesday night's #FCBJuve, the stadium's third Champions League sellout of the season made itself a lot more than heard — it was seen in a way not often witnessed — as 96,260 spectators created a colorful mosaic, and with it a stunning atmosphere for the possible comeback against Juventus.
The words “MORE THAN A CLUB” could be seen on the side opposite the main grandstand, as fans waved tens of thousands of flags that had been given out to create a perfect backdrop in a packed Camp Nou. The word "BARÇA" was visible in the north and south stands.
Even after the final whistle, the stadium was at its best.
Defender Gerard Piqué tweeted after the game: "Thank you fans. I have never seen Camp Nou react like that after an elimination. Pride and emotion."
