A day of celebration for FC Barcelona! Spotify Camp Nou was decked out for the presentation of the 2026/27 Barça squad. Applause rang out around the stands, and the buzz went into overdrive as the Barça players stepped onto the pitch one by one. Each member of Hansi Flick’s squad was greeted with an ovation, while the coach himself could take pride in once again receiving such a warm welcome from the fans.

First Gamper at the new Spotify Camp Nou

A huge blaugrana banner in the middle of the pitch welcomed the 61st edition of the Festa del Gamper Estrella Damm. After last year’s edition at the Estadi Johan Cruyff and the previous two at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys, there was plenty of excitement about the Gamper returning to the Barça home.

With CAT high-fiving every culer, the first names to be announced were the youngsters from La Masia and the reserve team: Xavi Espart, A. Cortés, Eder Aller, Hamza, Tunkara, Brian Fariñas, Pesquer, Orian Goren and Iker Rodríguez. The youngsters were followed by the rest of the squad, who were also greeted by plenty of noise and blaugrana colour: Joan Garcia, Balde, Fermín, Lamine Yamal, Gerard Martín, Marc Bernal, Frenkie de Jong, Kounde, Cubarsí, Gavi, Szczesny, Christensen, Marc Casadó and Héctor Fort.

Rodri receives the biggest ovation

Next came Raphinha, Eric Garcia and Pedri, all greeted with huge cheers, as were the new additions for the 2026/27 season. Bisiwu, Gordon, Adeyemi and Rodri stepped out at the stadium for the first time wearing the FC Barcelona shirt.

The latest arrival in Hansi Flick’s squad was also one of the players to arouse the greatest excitement. The best player at the 2026 World Cup received his first cheer from a stadium that is ready to enjoy his football magic in the Barça midfield. A beaming Rodri saluted the fans. He's ready.

Following speeches from Flick and Raphinha, the Barça anthem brought the squad presentation to a close, with ambition written all over the players’ faces. Spotify Camp Nou has raised the curtain on a campaign that promises plenty of success. As the anthem goes, Tots units fem força. Together we are stronger!
