Recovery session at the Ciutat Esportiva

Time to move on from the disappointment of going out of the Copa del Rey and Barça were back at work today for a recovery session at the Ciutat Esportiva, and to start preparations for Saturday's game against Villarreal (kick-off 6.30pm).

Every available first team player took part in the season, and they were joined by Astralaga, Kochen, Marc Guiu, Cubarsí and H. Fort from Barça Atlètic, with the latter three having featured in the Copa del Rey game.

So, for the first time this year, the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys is going to host a match, the first after seven away matches for FC Barcelona. The opponents are Villarreal, who are now on their third coach of the season in Marcelino García Toral, after Quique Setién and Pacheta led the Yellow Submarines earlier in this campaign.
