The SoFi Stadium, Los Angeles, will be the venue on July 26 for the friendly between Barça and Arsenal, the second instalment of the four-game trip to the United States, and the fourth visit by the Catalans to the Californian city. The stadium holds 70,000 spectators and the events it has hosted in the past include the Super Bowl.
The two teams are meeting for only the second time in a preseason friendly played away from either of their respective grounds. The only previous occasion was at the Amsterdam Arena on the occasion of the Ajax centenary.
The last friendly between the Culers and Gunners was at the Joan Gamper in 2019, a game won 2-1 by Barça. Since then, they have not met in official competitions either.
