From 1 to 10: Stats from the great comeback

We review the best statistics from Barça's great victory in the Copa del Rey semi-finals against Sevilla

What a win! Barça turned the Copa del Rey semi-final against Sevilla around (3-0), and will play in the final on 17 April. Below we take a look at the best stats, from 1 to 10, of this fantastic Barcelona victory:

1. Piqué's goal

The Barça centre-back's goal was key to forcing extra-time. In total, Piqué has 49 goals as a Barça player, 21 of them headers. The downside of the win is that Piqué picked up a knee injury which means he is out of action for the time being.

2. Possible opponents

Athletic Club and Levante will play this Thursday night in the City of Valencia Stadium in search of a place in the cup final. The Basques and Valencians will face each other after a draw in the first leg at San Mamés, with Barça lying in wait for the victors.

3. Matches in a row without conceding

For the third game in a row, Barça didn't concede (Elche and Sevilla x2). It is the second time they've achieved that this season.

4. Dembélé goals against Sevilla

The Frenchman scored two goals in four days against the Andalusian team and has four in total against them, meaning that Sevilla remains his favourite victim.

5. Extra-time this season

With the extra time against Sevilla, Ronald Koeman's team have now played the extra 30 minutes in five games this season. The Catalans played two in the Spanish Super Cup against Real Sociedad (including penalties) and Athletic Club, and three in the cup: Cornellà, Granada and Sevilla.

6. Weeks left for the final

There are only six weeks left until the cup final is to be played, with it due to take place on April 17 at La Cartuja in Seville. Barça have also qualified for next year's Spanish Super Cup as cup finalists.

7. Penalties saved by Ter Stegen

The German goalkeeper was again decisive, this time saving a penalty from Lucas Ocampos that would have meant a 1-1 scoreline. Seven of 27 (26%) penalties have been saved by Ter Stegen as a Barça player, not counting penalty shootouts.

8. Goals after 90 minutes in the cup

Barça's epic cup wins this season have come with a large number of goals scored after normal time is up (eight from a total of 12): 92 ', 120', 92 ', 100', 108 ', 113', 94' and 95'. The other four goals were in the 69th, 80th, 88th and 12th minutes.

9. Griezmann's assists in 2021

The Frenchman has 11 assists this season, and nine of them have been in 2021. This year, no player in the league has given more assists in all competitions.

10. Cup finals in 13 years

Barça have qualified for the Copa del Rey final for the 10th time in the 21st century, all of them in the last 13 years. Twice as many times as the second most in this period (Real Madrid, with five finals). Barça have won the competition the most times (30 titles) and have played in the most finals (42).
