Four Four Two have Messi as best player of last 25 years
The Argentine tops a list that of 25 players that contains eight more names linked to Barça
The prestigious British Football magazine Four Four Two has chosen Leo Messi as the best player of the last 25 years. The publication produced a list of the greatest names in football since its first edition was published back in 1995 that also included Barça names Ronaldo (4º), Ronaldinho (5º), Henry (6º) Xavi (7º), Iniesta (8º), Rivaldo ( 11º), Figo (16º) and Sergio (20º). The top three was rounded out Cristiano Ronaldo and Zinedine Zidane.
Leo Messi is a six time winner of the Pichichi prize for top scorer in La Liga, six time winner of the European Golden Shoe for top scorer in Europe and also six time winner of the Ballon d'Or. The Argentine has broken record after record as a player, many of them in 2019.
