Next two LaLiga matchdays suspended

LaLiga have suspended the next two matchdays of the competition. The measure is part of the "next phase of the protocol against COVID- 19," according to an official press release by the Spanish league. The announcement comes after a meeting between the Spanish Football Federation, LaLiga and the Spanish Footballers Association (AFE), suspending the Primera and Segunda División seasons temporarily.
As such, the Matchday 28 game against Mallorca at Son Moix, as well as Barça vs. Leganés on Matchday 29, have both been called off. They had been set to take place behind closed doors.
