Five players will see their contracts with FC Barcelona expire on 30 June and will bring their respective spells at Barça Atlètic to an end. Víctor Barberá, Òscar Ureña, Emilio Bernad, Ander Astralaga and Joaquín Delgado will all depart the reserve side ahead of next season.

The club would like to thank them for their dedication and professionalism during their time here and wishes them every success in both their sporting and personal futures.

End of a second spell as a culer

In the case of Víctor Barberá, the Catalan striker brings his second spell as an FC Barcelona player to an end. Having come through the cub's youth ranks, he signed for Club Brugge after completing his time at youth level. After one season in Belgium, the forward returned to Barça Atlètic in the summer of 2025.

Following his return, Barberá has been hampered by injuries, which have prevented him from enjoying continuity. In the 2024/25 season he made 10 appearances and scored two goals, while in the most recent campaign he featured in 14 matches, scoring nine times and finishing as the team's top scorer.

End of contract

Astralaga, Ureña and Bernad bring their spells at the club to a close after eight, two and one seasons as blaugrana players, respectively.

Ander Astralaga joined FC Barcelona in the summer of 2018 from Athletic Club's youth academy. The Basque goalkeeper joined the club's U16A side before progressing to U19 level. He later made his Barça Atlètic debut during the 2021/22 season, in the reserve side's 2-1 victory away to Betis Deportivo on 27 March 2022. He made his unofficial first-team debut during the 2025 Summer Tour against Manchester City.

Òscar Ureña joined Barça Atlètic in the summer of 2024 but was unable to shine because of injuries. He finished his first season with eight appearances and two goals. In the most recent campaign he played a more prominent role, scoring eight goals in 25 matches, although a collarbone injury also disrupted his momentum midway through the season.

Emilio Bernad completed one season at Barça Atlètic. He arrived in the summer of 2025 to strengthen a very young goalkeeping department. He contributed his experience and played an important role throughout the season, particularly during periods when the first team needed support. He ended the campaign having made 14 appearances, conceding 17 goals.

Loan period over

Finally, Joaquín Delgado's loan spell at Barça Atlètic comes to an end and he returns to his parent club. The Andalusian forward, who joined Barça Atlètic on loan from Real Oviedo's reserve team during the last winter transfer window, made an immediate impact, scoring on his debut at the Estadi Johan Cruyff. He finished the season having made 16 appearances and scored seven goals.
