FC Barcelona and RCD Mallorca have reached an agreement for the transfer of the player Jan Virgili. The Club reserves a percentage of a future sale and the right of first refusal. 

The Club wishes him all the best for the future both on and off the field. 

A season as a blaugrana 

Jan Virgili came to FC Barcelona in the summer of 2024 from Gimnàstic de Tarragona. The Catalan winger quickly became a vital player in coach Julian Belletti's U19 A side. 

Virgili made 33 appearances for the U19s in a memorable season in which they completed a historic treble, scoring seen goals in the process. 

The winger made his debut for Barça Atlètic in January of 2025 and went on to make 17 appearances, eight as a starter, scoring four goals. 

In preseason Virgili trained with the first team under coach Hansi Flick and also took part in the U20 Intercontinental final for Barça against Brazilian side Flamengo.
