Orense CF 1–1 Barça Atlètic: Injury time despair

Barça Atlètic had to settle for a point in Galicia when it could so nearly have been three, but the home side snatched an equaliser after regular time was already up.

It was a tough game. Barça tried and tried to find a way through a side they beat 3-0 at home, but a chance for Dacosta was pretty much all they mustered in the whole first half. And as the game grew older, Astralaga found himself having more and more to do in the Barça goal. This wasn't proving to be easy.

Things changed after the break, and the chances they couldn't create earlier were now flowing thick and fast. Guillermo was on the end of more than his fair share, and after frustration after frustration he eventually got his just reward. A fine strike from the edge of the area, and with just under a quarter of an hour to go, Barça were in the perfect position.

With more heart than head, Orense responded. Barça did a fine job of holding on, but the pressure was getting harder and harder to keep at bay. And just when it looked liked they had managed to hold on for the three points, there was Di Renzo to delight the home fans but leave Barça despairing that they had come so agonisingly close.
