Barça Atlètic beat CF Badalona 2-0 in the second round of the Copa Catalunya in a game that they dominated from the off and eventually won thanks to two fine strikes from Estanis Pedrola early in each half. Rafa Márquez now leads his side into a game against the winner of the clash between San Cristobal and El Prat.
Things were always looking good after Estanis had turned the first blaugrana attack into a goal, while Ilias Akhomach was also outstanding. That duo had ample chances to extend the lead in the first half
The second half was moire of the same, Badalona doing little more than resist as Barça Atlètic surged forth in search of more and quickly got it when Estani' left foot finished off a lightning counter attack.
The game looked already won at that stage, and it was really just a case of running down the clock from there onwards.
