Arnau Comas joins Basel

FC Barcelona and Fussballclub Basel have reached an agreement for Arnau Comas to join the Swiss club. FC Barcelona wishes to publicly acknowledge Comas for his commitment and dedication and wishes him all the very best of fortune and success in the future.
Many years at Barça
Arnau Comas joined FC Barcelona in 2010 as an U11 player, starting in the Alevín C team and rising up through the ranks, one of the highlights being victory in the UEFA Youth League in the 2017/18 season.
In 2019/20 he went on loan to Olot to get valuable playing time and from 2020/21 he has been part of Barça B. Last season he captained the reserve team, playing 29 games, all but one of those in the starting eleven.
