Atlético Baleares 6–2 FC Barcelona B: Heavy defeat
Sergi Barjuan's concede five goals in the first half from which there was no coming back
Barça B have suffered a heavy loss at Atlético Baleares, in a game that they were already trailing 5-0 at the break. A Jutglà brace in the second half tidied things up a little, but by that stage the damage had already been done.
The nightmare began after just four minutes when Manel Martínez headed the home side into the lead, and the same player also headed in goal number three, with the second coming in between from a long throw.
Barça B even missed a penalty before Dioni made it four and Martínez volleyed home to complete his hat-trick before the half-time whistle had blown.
The second half was better from the blaugrana, with Jutglà scoring a fine free kick and pouncing on a rebound for another. But yet another header, this time from Vinicius, was goal number six for the islanders on a day to forget for the Barça reserves.
