The Specialized Attention Office (OAE) manages and coordinates the 'T'Acompanyem' project, carried out jointly with the Red Cross.
'T'Acompanyem' results from a collaboration agreement signed in 2011 between the Red Cross and FC Barcelona, which includes a broad framework of work in the field of care and assistance.
Through this service, attendees of matches at Spotify Camp Nou may request assistance from Red Cross volunteers, stationed at three modules located at entrances D, W, and Q (for official first-team football matches), to accompany them to their seat in a wheelchair and to pick them up after the match.
The Club very exceptionally considers, exclusively for members and on a case-by-case basis, the possibility of providing home pickup for certain matches (limited to the Barcelona Metropolitan Area only).
To request this service, users must contact the OAE by sending an email to oae@fcbarcelona.cat between 7 and 4 days before the match. The service cannot be requested by phone.
