FC Barcelona is well on schedule with the work on Spotify Camp Nou. The demolition phase is already complete and work is being done to complete the foundations and start on the new third tier structure. The iconic facade from 1957 is a major feature in this latest stage, and the different jobs that have been done on the outside of the stadium are now becoming visible, beneath the towering cranes that have been part of the skyline in recent months.

    Club president Joan Laporta was joined this Thursday by members of his board on his second site inspection. He hasn't been inside the ground since June, and was naturally impressed by all the changes that have happened since then.
