The Monastery in Sant Cugat de Vallès was the venue on Wednesday for an FC Barcelona Board Meeting. Before the meeting the Board, led by president Joan Laporta, took the opportunity to greet the mayor of Sant Cugat del Vallès, Josep Maria Vallès, the rector of the parish of Sant Pere d’Octavià Emili Marlés, and the councillor for Culture and Sport, Núria Escamilla. 

Aside from the traditional group photo, the meeting also saw the exchange of gifts. FC Barcelona presented a personalised Barça shirt to Emili Marlés, another to Josep Maria Vallès, and a plaque of gratitude to the Sant Cugat council. After the pleasantries, the Board Meeting took place.
