Clásico to the sound of the Stones and with special fan activities
The spirit of the Rolling Stones will be flooding the Estadi Olímpic this Saturday for El Clásico by the hand of Spotify. It’ll be an unrepeatable game, and even before it’s kicked off it’s been several times around the world. The appearance of the British band’s logo on the shirt has caught the planet’s attention and has been confirmed as one of the most viral actions ever for Barça fans. To celebrate it, FC Barcelona and Spotify have prepared a series of fan engagements at the match to make sure it’s a memorable occasion for everyone who comes.
Spotify’s Barça Matchday El Clásico Playlist
To start with, rock music and especially The Rolling Stones’ greatest masterpieces will be playing in the stadium terraces throughout the build-up to the match thanks to DJ Pol Corredoira, who’ll be playing the tracks included on the Barça Matchday El Clásico playlist which is available in the FC Barcelona Hub on Spotify.
Surprise mosaic
The game will also be preceded by a mosaic that promises to be legendary and should immortalise the event in the way that it deserves. Fans coming to the ground are advised to get there in good time to make sure it comes off perfectly, just as the players are emerging onto the pitch.
The activities designed with supporters in mind also include two fan cams that will be showing fans on the video scoreboards at the Estadi Olímpic and asking them to perform dares. You might see yourself on the Kiss Cam and be asked to peck the person next to you, or a Dance Cam where you’ll need to show how well you can boogie, as well other actions inspired by the Stones and their music.
Signed jerseys have sold out
As for Clásico themed merchandising, sales of match shirts and the Barça x Rolling Stones Capsule have been spectacular.

There is still some stock, both online and in physical stores, of items in the Barça x Rolling Stones Lifestyle Capsule -including shirts, hoodies, bomber jackets, scarfs and more, but they are selling fast, which all goes to show what furore this original product line has raised.
