Barça puts a face to its anonymous heroes

'Culers against Covid-19' is an initiative which sets out to thank and encourage those members of the Barça family who are fighting against the coronavirus via the social networks of the Barça Foundation

In these difficult days when the Covid-19 pandemic is forcing the population to confine themselves at home and stop them going about their normal daily lives, many people are struggling against the effects of this health crisis which include economic problems and social emergencies. Among them are many members, supporters, those at the Barça Academy, professional and amateur sports players, former players, Foundation volunteers and other groups that make up the great Barça family at home and around the world, those who work as health personnel, caregivers for the elderly, essential services personnel, ambulance drivers who do social volunteer work and those who participate in one of the many solidarity initiatives that have emerged in recent weeks.

Barça, through its Foundation's social networks, wants to put a face to these anonymous heroes who are part of a committed, supportive Barça community that demonstrates the values with which the club identifies. For this reason, we are promoting 'Culés action against Covid-19', to give them visibility, to publicly thank them for their work and to encourage them not to fail in this fight. All of them are contributing their little grain of sand to overcome this devastating pandemic, which is also bringing out the best in people. They are now the benchmarks of society and the pride of all Barcelona fans.
