Von Miller, the Denver Broncos’ six-time Pro Bowl linebacker and the MVP of Super Bowl 50, was at Camp Nou on Sunday afternoon for FC Barcelona’s thrilling 1–0 victory over Atlético Madrid.

"This is my first time here — this is my first soccer game, period," Miller told Barça TV before the game. Nevertheless, he said, with modern technology able to provide information about everything going on in the world of sports, "you can still keep up with all the superstars around the world."

"And Barcelona definitely has them, with Messi, [Luis] Suárez and all the guys...you can recognize talent from around the world — you can't hide talent — and Messi definitely has it."

After the game, Miller got the chance to walk down the players’ tunnel leading to the field, where he met up with Barça defender Gerard Piqué. Miller and Piqué exchanged signed jerseys and chatted briefly before Miller made his way down to the field.

Both Miller and FC Barcelona retweeted the following twitter post published by the Broncos.

Miller also posted the same picture on his personal Facebook and Instagram accounts with the following message: "@3gerardpique Very nice to meet you guys!! @fcbarcelona."

At halftime, up in the Presidential Lounge, Miller and three other NFL players who were also attending the game — the San Diego Chargers cornerback Casey Hayward, the Cleveland Browns linebacker Christian Kirksey, and the Buffalo Bills free safety Micah Hyde — all met with FC Barcelona President Josep Maria Bartomeu. President Bartomeu gave the four their own personalized Barça jerseys.
