Ernesto Valverde reiterated FC Barcelona’s support for the victims of Thursday’s attack in Barcelona: “We would like to show our solidarity with the victims and their families in these difficult times.” Before adding: “We are here to help in any way we can.”

Barça joined the minute’s silence in Plaça Catalunya as well as holding them at all the Club’s installations. Moreover, the flags are flying at half-mast at the Camp Nou and FC Barcelona’s various teams will all wear black armbands for this weekend’s games. Finally, there will be a minute’s silence to pay tribute to the victims at the Camp Nou ahead of the first La Liga game of the season against Betis on Sunday.
