Thomas Vermaelen signs till 2019

Thomas Vermaelen is officially a Barça player after signing a five year deal at the Club this morning. Vermaelen was accompanied at the signing by  Club President Josep Maria Bartomeu and sporting vice-president Jordi Mestre.

The Belgian defender passed his medical on Saturday and is due to be presented on the Camp Nou pitch later this morning, with a press conference, which you can listen to live at www.fcbarcelona.com, to follow.
